Isn’t It Time For A Coffee Break?
Amelia Rhodes

A book about relationship and love, especially the friendship kind, not that I needed to be told how to be a friend, but to be reminded of what being a friend is and what it isn’t. One key line that I absolutely agree with and found myself shaking my head in agreement was this “Relationships build over time and need to be rebuilt the same way.” An analogy that Rhodes uses that I will have to borrow “Strong friendships are much like the relationship between a climber and belayer. The belayer supports the climber, offering encouragement and direction, but the climber must communicate when she needs help.”

I enjoyed reading this book a lot. I got a lot of supporting scriptures on love and friendship that I needed to guide me in a few key areas of my life. A simple book, but a lovely book that showcases what real relationship looks, feels, and smells like. I love books that can make me feel the love and not only speak it.
