I truly enjoyed reading “The Essential Good Food Guide”. I learned a lot about “healthy” food. I never realized there were so many different types of grains, beans, fruits, and vegetables. One of the things that impressed me was the information she gave on how to store the food and preserve them. I sometimes want to buy in bulk, but I have been unsure of the how to and this book definitely reduced my nervousness.

When I am able among many other food books this is one of those reference books I want in my own bookcase so I can refer to it when I am purchasing new foods that I am unfamiliar with.
