“How to Heal a Grieving Heart” by Doreen Virtue and James Van Praagh is a beautifully illustrated book with great tips on how to take care of yourself while you are grieving. I can see myself giving this book as a gift for those who have lost someone or who are going through another type of loss. I know I would have appreciated this book while going through my losses, heck I still found a lot of the insightful writings helpful now. I believe I am healing from all the losses that I have had in last four years. Check this book out or better yet share it with someone who has suffered a loss and is grieving.
