“Percolate” is not about coffee. It is about percolating yourself into being the best you can be. Hamilton-Guarino gives a lot of great insights and suggestions throughout her book. She also gives some enlightening journaling exercises that ask you some deep questions so that you can keep on growing in your journey of well-being and peace.

I truly enjoyed reading this book and doing the journaling exercises as I am working my way towards some major goals in my own life. I am ready to percolate, are you?
