By the title of The Book of Mistakes: 9 Secrets to Creating A Successful Future you would think it was a self-help book, but it isn’t. It has elements of a self-help book but it is tone in a story-telling way. I like it. I was surprised when I started reading it, but my surprise turned into enjoyment. Skip Prichard turns the key principles into a story world that is magical and educational. The rules of mistakes is one that made me think about my own life and how I am dealing with my health and my life’s purpose.

The mistakes I know I make is making excuses. And in the third rule of The Book of Mistakes is rejecting excuses. Mind food for sure.
