The last couple of months I have been doing a lot of product reviews of products that I have been getting in subscription boxes or buying at the store and it felt like I was becoming a promoter of products instead of a promoter of living well with chronic conditions. I am going to be trying a different approach. I want to share what I am trying and what I am thinking of the products, I have been watching Youtube videos and several of the beauty ones have empties at the end of the month. Empties is where the person saves all the products that they have used up in the month and talk about them all in one video. I like this approach and I am going to be implanting this approach on my blog. I am starting now. It is hard to fathom that the end of April is next week. Here I go with my first empties post. I am going to break them up into categories.

Essential oils:

DoTerra Cedarwood: I use this essential oil in my diffuser, in my mucus oil that I rub on my chest twice a day, and in my hair growth serum that I make. I love the smell of it. I do notice a difference with my mucus issue and even with my hair.

DoTerra Lemon Grass:  I love the smell of lemon grass. I use this oil a lot in my diffuser. It smells heavenly.

DoTerra Lavender:  I love the smell of Lavender. I use this nightly in my diffuser because it help me sleep well. I also use it in my hair serum and in my mucus chest oil that I make. It smells wonderful

Serums/Moisturizers:

JL  Naturals Hair Growth Serum: This serum has orange and cedar wood with coconut oil and grapeseed oil. I’m not a big fan of coconut oil in my products because it drips into my eyes and it hurts. However, this product did help my hair grow. It also inspired me to make my own serum.

Verso Super Eye Serum: I got this in my Fab Fit Fun Spring box. I am sad that it is gone. I have liked how this made my skin feel under my eyes. I also like that you did not need much to make it go far under both eyes.

Grice Beauty Peppermint Muscle and Joint Body Oil: This smells amazing. I used it on my chest because the peppermint oil is a great expectorant. I live with tracheal stenosis and Vasculitis that affects my trachea and my lungs. So having a product that helps me get rid of mucus and at the same time nourishes my very dry skin because of all the medications I have to take is a huge win for me. This product prompted me to make my own body oil.

Bodhi One Decision Moisturizer: Avocado oil and vitamin E is in this product. I love how creamy and smooth it made my face. It is too bad it did not come in a bigger bottle.

Face Masks: I got a subscription through Facetory and I get seven a month for 20 dollars and this includes the shipping. Here are the masks that I have tried this month.

Yuja Tea Face Mask:  I have no idea what Yuja Tea is, all that I can summarize is it is a tea from Korea. Since this face mask is Korean. This mask went on easily and I love the affects it had on my face.

Celarion Deep Miracle Ampoule Sheet Mask:  Another Korean face mask that I got from Facetory. It was simple to put on and it made my face feel so soft and smooth like a baby’s butt.

Dr. Althea Oasis Soothing Mask: Another Korean mask. This mask claims it will help you relax. All I know it made my skin feel great afterwards. Anyone with sensitive skin can use this mask.  All three of these masks were wonderful and easy to do. It is a bit messy, but that is too be expect. And I laugh at myself when I see myself in the mirror because I look funny. However, I am not laughing when I see how great my skin looks afterwards.

These are all the products that I finished in April. I will leave a set of links below if you would like to get any of these products.
