January, the first month of the year is over. It went by so fast. Below are some products I used and tried.

I got my equilibrium back and started up my skin care routine again. I am still only doing face masks once a week instead of twice. I have also started drinking tea and trying new ones from my Sipsby subscription box. It gives me a chance to try new types of tea and I love it. I also included some new food products that I tried this month. I researched vegan products and non-dairy products for me to try. I am enjoying the coconut milk and the coconut-based yogurt. It is creamy as the dairy version but not the sour tang you get from the dairy type. This just might be a keeper for me.

  • Grace and Stella 24 K Gold eye Masks: I have used these before. These are great.
  • Yadah Daily Green Cica Mask: This mask fit well on my face and did not slide. I liked it a lot.
  • Earthside Mistletoe Candle: The scents in this candle are eucalyptus, clover, and cedar. Smelled amazing. This is a 16 oz candle and soy wax. It burned awesomely.
  • Bath Bevy Just Dead Sea Bath Salt Shot: I liked this. It was the perfect amount. I like using bath salts to help me with my pain.
  • Bath Bevy Just Pink Himalayan Bath Salt Shot: This was nice too. I use pink salt in my cooking never thought about it in a bath soak. Who knew!
  • Mint Biology Seaweed Collagen Eye Treatment Masks: I love this eye masks.
  • It’s Skin Bamboo Moisture and Fresh Mask: This felt nice on my face
  • Kate Somerville Exfolikate Glow Moisturizer: I do not like this. The smell was too much for me to handle on my face and it gave me pimples.
  • Elisha Coy Hydra Mushroom Mask Sheet: This was an interesting mask. It stayed on well. The eye holes were humongous, and the lips were too.
  • Dove Dry Spray Go Fresh Cucumber: I got a sample of this in the mail, and I love it. It smells nice and it keeps me dry and smelling nice.
  • Sugar Mojito Lip Balm: This is a fun lip balm and it left my lips moisturized and feeling nice.
  • Orchard Valley Harvest Omega 3 Mix: This is a mix of cranberries, almonds, and pistachios. I wanted a snack, and these came in a big bag with several individually packages. These are delicious and I will be purchasing again.
  • Cosmedix Bakuchiol Complete Facial Oil: This is a plant-based retinol oil. Retinol oil regenerates the skin.
  • Pure n Skin Avocado Mask: This fit nice and my face feels amazing afterwards.
  • So Delicious Coconut Milk Plain Yogurt: I’m limiting my dairy consumption and it has helped with my tracheal stenosis. I have been trying nondairy yogurts because I need the probiotics. This coconut yogurt is good. I’ve been enjoying this with fresh pineapple and the Omega nut mix I got. Yum!
  • Grapefruit Essential Oil: I love the smell of this citrus oil. I use it daily along with a few other to add a citrus/clean smell to my home and it helps me relax and betters my mood.
  • Eucalyptus Essential Oil: I use eucalyptus daily in my diffuser. It helps me breathe well.
  • Earth Harbor Tidal Rose Crystal Hydration Mist: This smells amazing. I am going to miss this until I get another one.
  • Happy Lab Tea and Infusions White Delight tea: I get the Sips by tea box and this is one of them that I received. It is a white tea with citrus and vanilla. Yum!
  • Nona Lim Carrot Ginger Soup: This is a delicious soup that comes in a hard plastic sippy cup that you can drink your soup in. The sippy cup is reusable. At least I am going to reuse it.
  • Mapu Russian Candy: I received candy from my caregiver. She is Russian. There is a coconut one, a cream one, a peanut butter one, and a caramel one. All delicious and different. Fun exploring a new culture in food.
  • The Republic of Tea Blueberry Superfruit Green Tea: Yum! Smells good and taste so great.
  • Mind Blowing Insomniac Herbal Blend: This is a great blend. I enjoy this. This tea blend has catnip in it. I have never drunk or ate catnip before. My boy loves it. It relaxes him.
  • Bling Pop Skin Elastic Collagen Face Mask: feels great on my face.
  • Tea With Tae Traditional Chai: This is not a strong-tasting chai. It is still delicious. Enjoyable.
  • Stash Breakfast in Paris: This is one of my favorites. I enjoy using coconut milk in this tea. The bergamot and lavender in the black tea soothes my heart and soul.
  • Twinings Peppermint Tea: Peppermint tea is one of my favorites to brew and drink. When I have my throat surgeries peppermint tea soothes my sore throat and helps with the pain. Twinings is a wonderful brand.
  • Tarte Sea Toasted Coconut Lip Mask: I have been loving this lip mask. I’m sad it is gone.
